- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is uniquely different, and the price of my services follows the same approach. I will provide a written proposal, outlining the project goals, expectations, services included & excluded, so that we are all moving forward with a clear understanding of what is expected from your architect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
High-level introductory meeting to review project assumptions, goals, and budget range, followed by project-specific production timeline & proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Alongside 20 years of real-world experience, I am professionally licensed in multiple states within the US, and I hold a Master of Architecture degree from a NAAB-accredited university.
