FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers is to learn about the project and learn about what they have in mind for their home or commercial building. A client has an idea about what they want in terms of style and budget. I like to hear those ideas as I'm serving them and want to give them what they want and provide them with excellent architectural service relative to my experience and knowledge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was licensed in 1970 and have practiced architecture since school. I worked for several architects after school to get the experience of designing and creating documents for permitting and construction. After this, I opened an office and was able to get many clients in the Dallas, Texas area. Most of my clients came from referrals.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I applied for architectural jobs and received job opportunities from every architect to whom I applied. The first job was with an architect who did public service work in public housing. The next job was with an architect who served Chance Vought, who needed various office and manufacturing buildings. I also worked for an architect who provided school buildings.
