Gregory Juarez did a fabulous job repairing the mortar on many of the bricks that had come loose from my house. He responded to my request immediately and was ready to do the work right away and even came out the same day! I am so pleased with his work I am going to have him come back out to repair my garden bricks. I highly recommend Gregory Juarez. He beat the competition on price and did quality work.

Repaired a combination stone/brick mailbox. Mortar and stone where loose and crumbling. Strengthen the structure with epoxy and the correct mortar. Scheduled to our needs, worked around several rain storms. Excellent work, reasonable cost, highly recommended. RJS Nov 2016

I'm truly happy to write a referral for Julius and his team. I started out having his team tear down an existing railroad tie retaining wall and replacing it with a stone retaining wall about four feet high and thirty to forty feet long inclusive of a five step enhancement going from the drive to an upper side yard. He gave a very competitive job price and completed the work ahead of his projected completion date. His crew showed up on time, were very courteous and cleaned up every day before they left. Julius was very approachable and took pains to highlight the progression of the work and to explain what could be expected and when. From the experience of the first wall my neighbor and I employed him to remove a second railroad tie type retaining wall and rebuild with a similar stone wall, this time twice as tall, similar in length but of a lower and upper dual wall with a bed between the two levels, as well as removing and disposing of several large bushes that had outgrown their space in the front yard. Again, they were here when they said they'd be here and did excellent and professional work. While finalizing the second project I decided to complete the yard's walls and have employed Julius to remove and replace a third wall. Again, competitive, courteous and fast with a great attitude and a beautiful finished product. Would I hire him to do additional work or recommend his crew for similar jobs? ABSOLUTELY!!

We needed to have some tuck pointing done on our brick for our house. They came and gave us a fair estimate. They did great work and were very courteous and efficient. They cleaned up everything before they left. They even went above and beyond and fixed things that weren't on the estimate. Would definitely use them again.

Jack was very responsive from the time I first made contact with him through Thumbtack. He worked with my plumber to coordinate the removal of my brick wall for a plumbing repair. Plumber ran into many issues but I kept Jack advised until plumber finally completed the work several weeks later. Came back to repair the wall as soon as I called him that the plumbing repair was finished. Will definitely use again. Thank you, Jack!

I hired Masonry Masters to repair a brick retaining wall that was breaking after two years and was mortar with wrong color. The mortar was grey and my house mortar is tan. Masonry Masters did a good job (time will tell how long it will last) but the mortar is white not tan like I requested.

They replaced a few bricks on my mailbox that was backed into, repaired and filled pillars on my carport. Easy to work with, upfront with pricing, cleaned up before they left. Very pleased. Would recommend using their services.

Ramon did a fantastic job building us a beautiful wood fire oven and prep area. (The oven was modular and purchased separately.) It is solidly constructed and very well insulated as the wood storage area underneath the oven remains cooler than the outside air, even when the oven is over 700 degrees. Ramon was extremely sensitive to make sure we were happy with every bit of the work. The email communications were excellent before the project began and while the structure was being constructed. We received many bids for this project, both from Thumbtack and other places, and Ramon was the most interested in our project and the most reasonable. He and the employee who worked with him are true craftsmen. We highly recommend Quintana Stoneworks & Brick Repairs.

We have a 1932 house that is a combination of brick, plaster, stucco, wood and unknown. Joe has helped us bring it back from the brink starting with repairing some damaged plaster in the living and dining rooms, repairing the firebox of our brick fireplace, and replacing some missing brick and mortar on the exterior. We had new windows installed, and one of the openings was so out of square the new window wouldn't fit. Joe came by on very short notice and re-set the masonry so that the new window fits like a glove. We have ongoing plans that will include Joe and his helpers as much as possible. I really appreciate that he is a craftsman, and is a good teacher to his apprentices.
