- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and clear from the start. First, we’ll have a quick phone call to understand what you need and answer any questions. Then, we usually ask for a few photos so we can do an initial evaluation remotely. For more complex projects that require precise measurements or structural considerations, we’ll schedule an on-site visit. After reviewing everything, we’ll send you a detailed quote, typically within 24 hours of your call or site visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of hands-on experience in masonry, hardscape, and structural repairs. Our crew is highly skilled, hardworking, and trained to handle everything from basic repairs to complex restorations. We’ve built our reputation on quality workmanship, attention to detail, and doing the job right the first time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We actually started in landscaping, and over time, we noticed there was a big gap in the market, most masonry companies only took on large projects, and homeowners struggled to find reliable help for smaller repairs. So we made the switch and focused on masonry, specializing in both small and large jobs. That shift allowed us to build a business around quality work, flexibility, and great service.
