Michael assisted me in creating architectural plans for a major bathroom remodel project, converting a Jack & Jill bathroom into two separate bathrooms. He was patient throughout the process, guiding me step by step to secure the Frisco city permit. Michael also brought in a structural engineer to ensure the remodel maintained the structural integrity of the home. I appreciated his expertise and support through out the process.

We asked Memar Interiors to replace our shower and refinish the front staircase. Both jobs were done on schedule and on budget, and the workmanship was excellent. The shower was waterproofed TWICE! It will never leak! The staircase finish is as smooth as silk and better than new. Great jobs, and great people to work with!

Wow! Where do I start? If I could give Michael 10 stars, I would. His professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness certainly helped us when we were screwed over by a previous “architect/GC.” The DFW area is infested with a lot of con men/women, however, you can not go wrong with Memar Interior. The city approved the our plans with minimum corrections needed. Additionally, when I contacted MI for corrections, he delivered the corrections within hours. His services are definitely worth the peace of mind you’ll get knowing that your plans will get through any city’s temperamental plans and permits labyrinths.
