It was not steam cleaning as he advertised. He got hot water from the kitchen sink and put the hot water into the tank of his carpet cleaner. I confronted him. He explained to me that it was steam cleaning since the "steam" was from that hot water. That's his method of steam cleaning. Update: After I posted my initial review, Xcel Carpet Cleaning reached out to me and offered to re-clean the carpet for me for no additional charge. I was satisfied with the cleaning this time. He is a fine young man with great potential.

Xcel carpet cleaning did an awesome job in cleaning after my tenants moved out. I had used many carpet cleaners earlier but Xcel is the best . They spot treated the carpet and ensured that the carpet was cleaned properly. Was very patient and did an awesome job. Their price was also very competitive compared to other providers.
