- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we are actively involved in our industry trade associations. Additionally our staff is continuously trained internally on new processes and policies to deliver Value. We also scout the market to find new quality products and vendors to source only the freshest high quality ingredients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide Special Event, wedding and corporate catering and design for our clients. We also provide Food and Beverage management for corporate and municipal clients.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers knew how much we really love what we do. When we say we really want to give our clients the best experience we really mean that. We get to know our customers and we are not and will never be a big caterer that does not care about our clients. I have worked for Marriott Hotels int he past so my company has the sweet advantage of knowing how to value our customers and how to really give them the best when it comes to service.
