- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have a flat fee repair model for each device.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we know the type of issue and the type of repair needed, we ask for the address, phone number and the days and time frames the client is available for repair appointment at their location. We will setup an appointment and send a technician to their location for repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in IT business since 1995. Each one of our technicians have a minimum of 15 years experience in computer, tablet and phone repair field.
