- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do provide friends and family discount for my services. For all local mobile service there is trip charge of $ 69.00 to look at Computer, Hardware , Laptops, or any other Information Technology associated items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will make the contact the new customer via thumbtack app or message portal if they agree with service I will drive to their home, office or home\office location. If they want me to fix the issue or the problem it is going to be $78 per hour. If I work an hour I will charge an hour worth of time. Keep in mind all service include tax.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I have over 30+years hands on experience in Information technology, Data Center, Command Center, Field Engineering , and Desktop Support Engineering. I fully certified in Comptia A+, Server+Network+ CE, Security+CE, and I have other OEM Certification too. Like HP , DELL , IBM and Lenovo . This includes Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, Standalone Servers, Blade Servers and OS.
