- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per hour - with a minimum of at least one hour. However, almost everything is included while we're there. Some Santa's charge extra to sing, or read a story, or take photos - not us! Once we're there, we're there to make you happy! We also have a travel area, and will charge a small fee to go outside of that area. We can do longer trips (like in other states), but we may have to then charge travel expenses as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Almost everything is done online! It makes booking and invoicing easy, quick, and able to do without having to hide from little ones. But, if you need anything, we're just a phone call away!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
There's of course a back story, but basically Santa started being Santa when another Santa was injured and needed someone to step in at the last minute - 35 years ago. Since then he's been Santa for our church's Angle Tree, school fundraisers and events, and friends and family. When the economy crashed in 2009, being Santa was a way to bring extra money in to help with the bills for our family and bring some holiday cheer in our life as well as our clients.
