- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide straightforward, professional pricing with no surprises. Our service call covers a comprehensive system evaluation and diagnostics. Repair pricing is presented clearly before any work begins. We use high-quality, commercial-grade irrigation products, and all repair workmanship is backed by a 6-month warranty. Our pricing reflects professional service and experience without the overhead of large national companies. We charge a $75 professional service call, which includes a comprehensive system evaluation and diagnostics. Service call waived with qualifying repairs of $300 or more completed the same day. $125 minimum repair amount required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a brief phone conversation to understand the irrigation issue. An appointment is then scheduled to perform a full system evaluation, including diagnostic testing of the controller, valves, and hydraulics. Once the issue is identified, a repair estimate is provided, and in most cases, repairs are completed during the same visit.
