Cory came out and was very thorough in finding the break in my sprinkler system. My water bill has been sky over the last year. He was very careful not to break or cut a wire - very important to me. In the end - no leak. He expressed his plan and estimate for work in the future. Very smart, yet personable. Thank you Cory and am looking forward to work together in the near future.

One of my sprinkler valve started to leak. I posted a request on Thumbtack. Corey was the first to call and offer his service. He came the next day and did an excellent job fixing it. Then I found other two valves also needed fixing. Corey and his colleague C.W. came to fix both. Corey also helped me to find a "missing" valve. I am very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone who needs such service.

We provide straightforward, professional pricing with no surprises. Our service call covers a comprehensive system evaluation and diagnostics. Repair pricing is presented clearly before any work begins. We use high-quality, commercial-grade irrigation products, and all repair workmanship is backed by a 6-month warranty. Our pricing reflects professional service and experience without the overhead of large national companies.
We charge a $75 professional service call, which includes a comprehensive system evaluation and diagnostics.
Service call waived with qualifying repairs of $400 or more completed the same day. $125 minimum repair amount required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a brief phone conversation to understand the irrigation issue. An appointment is then scheduled to perform a full system evaluation, including diagnostic testing of the controller, valves, and hydraulics. Once the issue is identified, a repair estimate is provided, and in most cases, repairs are completed during the same visit.
