Introduction: I am a Dallas based fitness professional. Originally established in Chicago, I train people of all ages and athletic abilities. I condition people through weight lifting and high-intensity interval training in order to obtain noticeable tangible results.
Several of my clients cross train with me in Pilates. Pilates will strengthen your core unlike any other workout in addition to improving posture, mobility and flexibility. Through Pilates workouts, I have seen my competitive triathlete clients improve their performance as well as alleviate pain due to injury. I've worked with many people recovering from knee, hip and shoulder injuries, spinal disorders, back pains, etc.
My certifications include NASM personal training, TRX suspension training, STOTT Pilates, and Pilates Method Alliance.
