I wasnt home but a relative was. They arrived when they said they would, they called me to tell me the problem and the quote for repair, also told me that replacement with a new unit would be about the same price. We are looking for a new washing machine.

I was very pleased with them! Excellent communication. They went out of their way to try and resolve an issue with our dishwasher. They tried to repair but ultimately it was not able to be repaired. They searched for a replacement but we ended up buying a new one from a box store and they issued a refund. I can’t say enough about my positive experience with them. They really went above and beyond any contractor I have worked with and I will be contacting them again when the next project comes up!
