I was very pleased with them! Excellent communication. They went out of their way to try and resolve an issue with our dishwasher. They tried to repair but ultimately it was not able to be repaired. They searched for a replacement but we ended up buying a new one from a box store and they issued a refund. I can’t say enough about my positive experience with them. They really went above and beyond any contractor I have worked with and I will be contacting them again when the next project comes up!

4/28/25 UPDATE******** After posting my initial review I was contacted and a tech returned. After taking the washer apart it was determined that there was a bigger issue that he would be back on Monday to repair. Monday we received a text staging the part would take two weeks to receive. He offered a refund or wait for the part.Unfortunately, we have a large family and two weeks was to long. I requestes the refund and the money was returned promptly. I appreciate the fact he admitted his mistake and tried to correct the issue. *DONT DO IT*Extremely disappointed in the service provided. First, the handyman was late to the initial appointment. I was understanding because of traffic. The handyman supposedly found the issue and ordered the part. He said there was a 3 day turnaround for the part. Around the 3 day mark I received a call stating the part was ready and the tech wound be at my home that day between 6-7pm. The tech never showed. I called the next day and was told he would at my home that day between 5-6. He never showed. I called the next day and was informed he would be at my home between 2-3pm. He showed up but was late. "Fixed" my washer, accepted payment, and rushed out. Guess what, the washer wasn't fixed. Our washer would drain but only on the drain/spin cycle. Now the the washer doesn't drain at all!
