Introduction: Doing a good job is my main focus. I like to take my time to ensure the job is done correctly. I'm a great listener which helps me to cater to my customers needs. I'm training my brother and son to do handyman also. In addition I also have a crew to tackle all big projects. We do everything except concrete and roofing. I always have help and no job is too big. We do interior/exterior painting and bathroom/kitchen remodeling.

We had a great experience with Lorase and look forward to working with him on future projects. The work he did installing cabinet hardware through our kitchen and living room was perfect. Lorase was easy to communicate with. He was punctual and true to his initial quote in what he charged us. Lorase also did a fantastic job cleaning up after he completed the installation - 56 cabinet and drawer interiors vacuumed clean of any sawdust. We had a few projects we were considering assistance with, and Lorase was very upfront on which he felt were within his wheelhouse and which he didn’t have as much experience with… much appreciated transparency and self awareness!! Highly recommend Lorase!

Great job with our light Installation and texture. There were hidden issues as always when you are updating an older home, but he did an awesome job communicating the issues and what he could do to fix it. Cleanliness is a must for me. Most people do the work and leave some type of mess after- post job it was like he was never here! Will use again! Highly recommend.
