Yahor was the first to respond to our request and showed up within 2 hours. He arrived right when he said he was be here and notified us by text when he was 15 minutes out. He quickly diagnosed the issue (faulty start relay), installed the replacement (as a test) and explained how this would solve the issue. He let us know the cost and asked if we wanted to proceed. We agreed and he told us to let him know if it still wasn't cooling down within the next 24 hours (his guarantee of work). He was polite, knowledgeable and fairly priced. I will use him again!
