What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum base fee is $125. And our pricing mainly works off volume. Meaning however much space the customers items take up in our 16 yard trailers is how much we will charge per load.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is just getting all the information of the location of all the items, how many items and size. Typically I will request for pictures to be able to provide a rough estimate or give a free in person estimate. As well as establish form of payment and scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Furniture delivery and worked in the service industry which gave me good people skills.
