Introduction: We combine a significant amount of academic experience (degrees) with a significant amount of experience as both executives and coaches of executives in large organizations, small organizations, and those in-between. We are challenging, fun, and committed to seeing a difference in every client's performance. Seeing individuals acquire new insight that is able to help them navigate present challenges well and anticipate the challenges of the future with some degree of accuracy. We also like it when clients are able to function independently in their jobs. Although we hate to lose the business, we believe it is far better for the client, in the long run, to establish her or his independent functioning.
