- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$45/30 min session, $70/60 min session, and $90/90 min session $320/month- includes two 60 minute sessions and two 90 minute sessions with additional services or perks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have work experience in mental health, psychology, mentoring, coaching and therapy. I have Bachelors in Psychology, Masters I’m Forensic Psychology with specialization in mental health and I have my Doctorate of Philosophy for Psychology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working within mental health after hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, LA but after working in Psych facility and then transitioning to community mental health I acknowledged another factor. I wanted to move on to mentoring and coaching to help people struggling with achieving goals. I feel doing nothing can lead to other issues (stress, depression etc) or bring up old behaviors so we have to focus on the present and prepare for the future.
