- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Learning new tools, tips, tricks is a part of our everyday learning experience. There are always new things and services we come across and we have to develop a method to handle it. Just the other day, we moved a full size basketball goal. That was an undertaking of 10 guys to lift.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do mostly long distance, state to state moves. We offer direct delivery services for our customers often times at no additional cost to the client.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I think the main thing is not to get lost in the salesman when selecting a company . What you have in writing that you sign, this is the guideline for how your move will happen. It's essential to read everything that's in writing and get any promises made, IN WRITING! There are a lot of people out there willing and ready to prey on people in stressful situations, not having time or knowledge to ask the right questions and read all of the policies.
