FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have several different resources that I use to determine what the current market rates and pricing should be no matter what our customers may request for us to do. Typically our rates will fall in the middle of what would be the industry's high and low cost estimates for the scope of work involved as well as the time of year that the work is actually scheduled for or asked to be completed in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we determine exactly what the scope of work is and discuss in detail with the customer what plan of action would be best to take in order to meet or exceed both their requests as well as their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I as the owner have over 20yrs worth of experience in all phases of both residential and commercial construction. At the beginning of my career I was trained by some of the most demanding professionals in the business. The respect that I had for my elders gave me the discipline necessary to learn all of the different trades involved in both construction as well as remodeling. I was not allowed to cut corners and my work was expected to be perfect with absolutely no room for errors or mistakes. I approach every job with a clear plan and understand fully that every dime spent on a home or business is an investment towards an increase in that property's future market value.
