Dayna and her team at Party On! Party Planning were incredible. From the moment I contacted Dayna, she was punctual, thorough, and always responsive. She was always professional AND fun to work with. And she has the best event contacts --- we had catering, a couple of different entertainers, and bar service and each and every one of them was amazing! Dayna crosses all of her t's and dots all of her i's :) seriously! I never had to worry about a thing! She took care of everything! I can't wait to use Party On! again!!

My event had to be put together in 2 weeks. Party On! took my wants and made them reality in that limited time. Dayna even graciously accommodated my (I do everything myself) personality. All vendors arrived on time and provided exceptional products and/or services. Dayna was there the entire time and made sure everything went as planned. I could not have done this without her. Our party was a hit!

Dayna has been helping me plan a baby shower for my best friend's daughter, including the catering, cake, games, decorations, party favors and staffing the party. Dayna / Party On! Events helped me pull off an amazing milestone birthday party for my wife recently + I'd work with her again in a heartbeat. There were many things I liked about working, but here are a few that stand out a week after the event: 1. Client Love: It's clear Dayna cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to ensure their party is a success. 2. Turnkey: Dayna provided a turnkey experience that made a control freak like me feel comfortable. I knew whatever we agreed upon would be done to perfection. 3. The task was planning my 50th birthday party. It was a game night theme. The most difficult part was finding a hotel to have the event. The second difficult thing was communicating effectively in order to get things done. We met a total of four times to get everything done. This was great considering what we had to get done. I did do most of the buying of supplies but Dayna made all of my ideas come to life. She was a big help with the cake, decorating the hall and making sure the party stayed on schedule. Dayna set up everything the day of the event and I could focus on me! I loved that part the most. Dayna also handled most of the snafu that came up with the hotel too. Dayna had very effective ways to put things together quickly and had great ideas. I would highly recommend her to plan any event.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like meeting my customers in person. I want to sit down with you and go over your ideas, theme, colors, and budget. I typically bring a computer or ipad with me in order to showcase some ideas to make sure we are on the same page. I then go home and work up and party plan and price out your budget. If you agree with the plan then we move forward in implement the party plan immediately.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After years of planning parties for my family and friends, I realized that I enjoy celebrating and honoring the special moments in life. From baby showers to retirement parties, I am dedicated to creating a lasting and memorable experience for you to share with the special people in your life.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Number one thing you need to have worked out before hiring is a budget. Know how much you are willing to spend on your event. Keep in mind that your planner's fee is usually separate from any vendors your hire or other party costs.
