Dayna / Party On! Events helped me pull off an amazing milestone birthday party for my wife recently + I'd work with her again in a heartbeat. There were many things I liked about working, but here are a few that stand out a week after the event:
1. Client Love: It's clear Dayna cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to ensure their party is a success.
2. Turnkey: Dayna provided a turnkey experience that made a control freak like me feel comfortable. I knew whatever we agreed upon would be done to perfection.
3. Think/Do: I came to her with a theme & Dayna had great ideas to make the party amazing and then she executed the ideas flawlessly and really brought them to life. The party was better than I imagined it could be.
4. Great Partners: Every partner Dayna selected for our party (e.g. caterer, bartender, entertainment, decor, photography) was great to work with & our guests have asked us for contact info.
My wife was thrilled. Our guests were amazed. This was a party we'll never forget.

My event had to be put together in 2 weeks. Party On! took my wants and made them reality in that limited time. Dayna even graciously accommodated my (I do everything myself) personality. All vendors arrived on time and provided exceptional products and/or services. Dayna was there the entire time and made sure everything went as planned. I could not have done this without her. Our party was a hit!

We hired Party On to put together the birthday celebration of my husband - who turned 50! It was a wonderful experience - my guests telling me it was "the best party ever". All of that was due to Dayna! She found the people for every aspect of the party - and stayed the entire time to make sure everything ran smoothly! I could not have done this without her!

Dayna created a spectacular event for our corporate Christmas party. She took my vision of a Winter Wonderland and made it come to life. She took care of booking all the vendors and negotiating rates and made my job easy. I have never used a party planner before and I was blown away by what she was able to create. She took our normal meeting space and turned it into an elegant work of art. She made this event very special and memorable for our employees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like meeting my customers in person. I want to sit down with you and go over your ideas, theme, colors, and budget. I typically bring a computer or ipad with me in order to showcase some ideas to make sure we are on the same page. I then go home and work up and party plan and price out your budget. If you agree with the plan then we move forward in implement the party plan immediately.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After years of planning parties for my family and friends, I realized that I enjoy celebrating and honoring the special moments in life. From baby showers to retirement parties, I am dedicated to creating a lasting and memorable experience for you to share with the special people in your life.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Number one thing you need to have worked out before hiring is a budget. Know how much you are willing to spend on your event. Keep in mind that your planner's fee is usually separate from any vendors your hire or other party costs.
