- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Streamline Swim Services, we have a membership fee of $20 to join our swim program. The membership fee covers cancellations/reschedule costs AND TRAVEL FEES of the instructor traveling to your location! (Membership fee is a separate cost and transaction upon checkout.) We offer 5 services while being a Member with Streamline Swim Services - 30/45/60/90/120 minute swim lessons with discounted packages of each service of 1 single lesson, 4 packages, 8 packages, 16 packages, and 24 packages of lessons! (16 and 24 are the most discounted rate/class)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a scheduled consultation call to tailor which instructor is the best fit for the clients swimming needs. We discuss their strengths, weaknesses, backgrounds in swimming, if the client has a pool location for our travel swim instructor to travel to or will need a pool, and discuss availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPR and Water Safety Instruction Certified through Red Cross Minimum of 3 years of teaching swim instruction experience Clear Background Checks
