- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always do my best to provide a fair price and lower price than my competitors without compromising service!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a phone call where you will let me know which services you need, the location and time frame. I will schedule you if I am able to and then confirm with you on the day of, or within 30 minutes of appointment if same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained through the National Notary Association as well as through "Loan Signing System" and Notary Coach. I am certified and trained in RON (Remote online Notarization) and am always professional and prompt.
