Jerome came to fix my fence and ended up going above and beyond by helping me unclog my kitchen sink that was clogged when I moved in. He came to do one thing and was willing to put in extra work when he did not have to. Not only did he do more than what was required, he has the best customer service but he is one of the friendliest people I have come across. We keep our pricing straightforward and transparent, with no start-up fees or markups on third-party vendor invoices. We also offer options for investors with multiple properties. Since every property is different, reach out and we’ll provide pricing based on your specific needs and goals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your property, your goals, and how involved you want to be. We’ll review the property and rental market, provide a rental recommendation, and walk you through our management services and agreement so you know what to expect before moving forward.
Once you’re ready, our team handles the transition, including marketing and leasing if vacant, tenant communication, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and quarterly property inspections. Owners also receive regular reporting and access to their property information. We want you informed without having to manage the day-to-day yourself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OmniKey Realty is a Texas-based real estate and property management company led by experienced real estate investors and professionals. Our leadership, Leah and Michael Slaughter, brings firsthand experience in real estate investing, acquisitions, rental properties, and property management.
That investor perspective is an important part of how we operate. We understand that a rental property is more than a home to manage - it’s an investment that needs to perform. Our team combines real estate experience, market knowledge, tenant screening, leasing, property operations, and ongoing education to help owners protect their properties and make informed decisions.
