FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We usually come out and do an assessment of the current building, taking into account the shading, location, current insulation levels, age of the building, construction materials and condition. We then make recommendations regarding the highest return for a customer's dollars related to our services. Typically, older homes need more attic insulation as well as weatherization and sealing. We also discover other high impact, low cost improvements that can lead to a much higher comfort level in the home or business that are often overlooked by other contractors. We only suggest what we know will work for the customer and we try to do our best to provide solutions that have the greatest impact coupled with the shortest payback period. It is a simple formula that works on the premise of "bang for the buck".
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We always recommend that they deal with a reputable company that has been in business for a while. We make sure that people still understand that nothing of value is free, not 20 years ago and not now. We pride ourselves on our longevity in the insulation business and our construction background and our approach to our customers. We have a duty to our past customers and current customers and our employees and vendors to still be around next month, next year, next decade. We suggest that if you feel like a company is fly-by-night, either do your homework on them and decide after that, or find a company that has been around a while and that you trust. We want to earn your trust with every job we do and we price our services and products to make a fair profit for the work and effort involved and enables us to pay our hard-working employees a living wage. We hope that is something that our customers respect and will allow them to let us earn their business.
