I’m a single mom of 2. I had just purchased my first home from a house flipper who provided a 5 year warranty on the roof. Unfortunately soon after I notice that my sunroom was leaking. The seller did a crappy patch job. I kept getting quotes from roofers who told me that I needed a whole new roof for 10k for 2 little leaks which I thought was ridiculous. I reached out to All Available Roofing and spoke with Brandon. He was honest and fair! Something that’s a rare quality with contractors. He told me that my roof needed to be cleaned up and resealed correctly which cost me nothing in comparison to 10 grand!! As soon as he could he sent guys to fix my roof. They were professional and fast. They worked on my roof and did a great job. I just had a storm come through and no leaks! I will use these guys forever because I can trust that they won’t take advantage of me to make money.

I had Brandon and Tony come out to repair a hole in my siding that squirrels chewed up. They were on time and did the repairs immediately. Paint matched the siding and cleaned up after themselves.
