- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system it very from job to job and depends what is being done. All jobs are negotiable that works for both us and the customer
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with a customer walk through what they want and the steps we will take. To complete the work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We go through classes through our manufacturing companies GAF and Certainteed we also go to insurance classes to know our business inside and out
