We got bids from a few different roofers but Title is the only one that sent us a professional bid and estimate. Was very patient (my husband got in a bad wreck before we were going to do the roof) and they we always on time, very clean and very quick. We would recommend them to anyone!

I had some tiles blow off with the winds. I found that out on Saturday and had solar panels being installed on Monday. They got right back to me same day and got the job done.

We hired Roland from Title Roofing to do multiple repairs in the house. Our experience shows that he nickels and dimes on things you would not expect. For example, he would expect you to cover paint when you hired him for painting. Most importantly, we wanted him to install cabinets below our sinks; instead, we got just matching doors. I have informed him that we did not get what we agreed for. We didn't think his plumber, who was there for 15 mins in the house, installed a stop valve while trying to fix the float issue. He billed us $250 extra for it anyway. We will not be using him again.
