- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee starts at $350 for a slab foundation, up to 2000 Sq. Ft. For each additional increments of up to 500 sq. ft. add $25. For example, 2600 Sq. Ft. would be $400. Pier & Beam add $350. Trip charges apply if more than 30 minutes from Plano. COVID-19 update - we ask that you maintain at least 6 feet of distance while we are at your home, preferably to be in another room.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will take down your information and quote you a price for our services. Once you agree, a technician will reach out to you to schedule an appointment. The technician will then come to your home to obtain measurements and photos. The engineer will then evaluate the data, and provide an opinion and consult with you on how to proceed. We work with and educate the homeowner on what are serious foundation issues versus distress due to typical seasonal movements that are non-structural. Solutions can range from a simple letter stating the foundation is within tolerance, implementing a watering program, installing drainage, and installation of piers if needed.

Licensed Professional Engineer (Structural), and often hired by homeowners, investors, Realtors, and insurance companies. We have evaluated thousands of residences since 2012.
