Lack of communication, wasted my entire day. Eventually saying we cant service in your areas. Zipcode was there in my initial request, you should’ve told me you can’t service at the beginning. Not satisfied at all, sorry Alex.

Hello, I cannot give more than a 1 at this time until my issues get fixed. Couple of issues already outlined as below that are alarming: 1. Getting conflicting information on the app. I got incorrect information from one of the reps about being able to use the app only to get a different answer from the owner. 2. There is algae from what I can see. It appears the rep did NOT put any sort of chemicals and I'm going through my video just now to confirm. Kindly DO NOT bring Thomas, your technician rep, to my place moving forward. Assign me a different rep or lets end everything here because I have gotten incorrect information and awful service based on what I can see in my pool. I am not very happy at all. If you wish to fix this issue, kindly text and/or call me back. I left you a text about 10 minutes ago or so, I have NOT heard anything back as of yet. Regards, Pranit. Update - 5:10pm CST - 10/15/23 I have decided to cancel and end all service with your company due to the disagreements and lack of customer care that I feel has been shown. Take care, Alex.

Dear Pranit, 1. We explained to you, the Skimmer App is just for our use, not for customers, we spoke about this a lot of times, but you did not understand it. 2. Every pool pump needs to run every single day, my pool guy told me twice that your pump was running 4 hours a day, this is not enough time. We spoke about this 3 times, otherwise algae will occur. Your pool should be running at least 10 hours, but you decide to not follow our rules.

Needed a new pool cleaner as my previous cleaner started getting lazy and leaving within 2-3 minutes of arriving. Found Alex through Thumbtack and do not regret switching over to his services. Alex came to the house to check our pool and found some small maintenance items that needed replacing and was very prompt in getting them done. First cleaning was done by Alex and he literally stayed for 3 hours to make sure that every inch of the pool was cleaned. He is very punctual and his response time via text/call is very quick. I've been with him for about a month now and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for pool cleaning/maintenance.

I hired Alex a couple weeks ago to start doing weekly servicing/cleaning at a home that has multiple water features, and he has been great so far! He seems to be very thorough with his work at the home, and his communication when it comes to scheduling and letting me know what needs to be done for the pool and other water features has been amazing! I would definitely recommend him.
