- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have pricing systems for our full service cleaning company. We charge by average size room for carpet cleaning in residential homes. Air duct cleaning is charged by number of vents cleaned. Tile, granite and marble are priced by the square foot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our friendly staff reaches out to customers over the phone or online. We listen to what their needs are and offer solutions to fit those needs. Delivering a good service experience is our favorite part of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2001 and have learned about non-toxic cleansers that work but are safe. We get training from other certified professionals and read industry magazines for the latest methods and treatments.
