Eric was the only Contractor who responded to my post for fence repairs. I hired another Contractor from Thumbtack to lift a section on my fence that fell during a storm. The fence only needed two new posts. The first Contractor did an extensive amount of damage to my fence that basically left me needing a new fence. I wasn't expecting Eric to do more than replace 10 or 12 pickets and reinstall the same two broken posts PLUS new posts due to negligence from the first Contractor. But I didn't know Eric. Eric takes pride in his work, and for him, it's not about getting a job done quickly, but making sure the job is done well and completely. Eric is meticulous, thorough and most importantly, vested in his business and its reputation. He cares about doing his work and ensures his Customers are satisfied. Anyone who hires Eric will not be disappointed. I've already hired him for another project and have referred his services to friends and neighbors.

Eric came and gave us an assessment and an estimate. He came back on the scheduled date for the Fence repair and completed the work to satisfaction. Very detail oriented but he did charge me an extra $30 for lumber that was used as the replacement post. Aside for the price differing from the estimate, he was a pleasure to work with.

Eric came by at short notice and fixed a problem I was having with an incorrectly installed Nest door bell. He knew exactly what the issue was (even before he got here!) and his fix resolved the issue immediately. I plan to use him for all Nest product installations going forward.
