I was very satisfied with the service to remove the cat urine smell from my mattress. Muhammed came back to retreat the mattress as soon as I noticed the smell had not disappeared. He was punctual and very friendly.

I've been looking for a company to remove my area rug, clean it, and package it for storage. Most companies only clean them onsite but then you have to deal with the rug getting dirty again while it dries. These guys were awwsome. They arrived when they said that they would, and brought it back in just over a week. Clean and packaged for storage. And they gave me a break on the price because I said it was bigger than it really was. Super impressed with the integrity and work of this company. THANK YOU!

Mohamed was a true pleasure to work with. Going through the entire experience: Work Quality - Excellent! We had a few stains I would have thought impossible to remove. They did an excellent job and the office looks one hundred times better. Professionalism - Excellent! Mohamed was a consummate professional and was very communicative throughout the entire process. Responsiveness - Excellent! If Mohamed didn't answer right away, he answered shortly after. I was very happy with the level of communication the entire time. Value - Better than excellent! Mohamed was priced very competitively. So much so that I was concerned there would be additional costs somewhere, but there were not. After seeing the completed work, I was even more impressed with the value. It was well worth the cost! Punctuality - Excellent! Mohamed was early and very patient while waiting for us to clear out of the office so he could begin working. This was overall the best experience I've ever had with a service of this nature. There were no complications, and Mohamed's professionalism made the entire job go very smoothly. I will definitely be hiring Home Spa Services again!
