My aunt is 80 and her little house has the same windows it had in 1968 when she bought it. She wants her house to be cooler and to be able to open the windows if needed, but she's also practical - she's wants quality but jokes that a lifetime warranty might not be too long at her age. Despite 100+ degree heat, they offered to measure from the outside so she didn't have to worry about putting her dog up. She had a quote emailed within an hour of their visit and will have a cooler home in just a few weeks! We will definitely have them quote our home in Frisco when we finish the bathroom remodel.

We looked for windows last year, and after having a couple bad experiences, we decided to wait. The prices were laughably high, and the sales people were overwhelming to say the least. One stayed in our house for over 3 hours! We were referred to Wallaby by our insulation installer, and they were great! The window rep was also a Navy vet (I understand they are Veteran owned). We didn't have to ask for a vet discount, and they were in and out within 45 minutes. They gave us an on-the-spot quote ($20K less than the hard sale company). The owner even followed up with us to make sure we were happy. If the install is half as good as the service so far, we'll be happy campers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 5% active military and veterans discount and a 3% cash discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a white glove experience that begins with scheduling an appointment for our window consultant to meet with the homeowners, measure the windows/doors, discuss replacement options and provide a same day quote in most instances. Once homeowners decide to move forward, we schedule a time to come back out for a final measure before ordering the custom windows.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our operations manager and install team all have decades of experience in the window and door industry.
