- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and sit for a while and talk about their personal goals. Past and present health conditions, their current personal goals taking into account physical and health related limitations. For those wanting measurements we do a nine point caliper measurement, scaled body weight which also tells body fat, hydration level, BMI, as well as visceral fat levels
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
WITS, my current PT cert, has me take refresher coarse throughout the year and also had to complete a 30 hour internship. Recently gaining my cert in senior exercise strategies. I started my career at Bally's and spent a year or so at LA Fitness. Between finding Snap Fitness North Dallas and LA Fitness, I also owned my personal gym with 15 machines and DB up to 150lbs.
