Nice guy, think he meant well but his installation of carpet on my stairs is not good. I'm just hoping it doesn't come up in a few months. I don't think he had any experience carpeting stairs and should have just told me that from the get go.

Contacted William on Sunday about a portable AC. Needed to get the window kit installed that allowed the AC to vent at my in-laws house. He contacted me back in less than 30 minutes, informing me he will call in the morning. He called as he said he would. I actually didn’t recognize his number initially and didn’t answer. He called back in a few minutes. He scheduled a time for 12:00 pm. He showed up on time and contacted me right away that he arrived. Immediately after the work was done, he sent a picture of the work that was completed. I would definitely use him again if my in-laws need more work done around their house.
