We hired Mr Solutions to do several odd jobs inside and outside the house. These included removing & replacing an 8x10 rug in living room which involved moving furniture. Everything he & his helper did was done with care but with speed. He is courteous and professional at all times, going the extra mile cheerfully - even sweeping under furniture and picking up all trash in the house and the garage. He certainly gets our recommendation.

I was initially impressed with his responsiveness and quick availability. He provided an estimate right away and got to work right away. After the work started, he realized that additional work needed to happen. Which is fine. had there been clear communication. After he indicated that he was done, we received pictures from our tenant. The baseboards removed to put new laminate floor were not put back, the way the floor was poorly done and jagged. He had to get into the wall behind the toilet to fix an issue with the plumbing and put the sheet rock back that he cut out and said he was done. When we questioned him about the sloppiness of the work he said that wasn’t part of the original quote. And we said, but do you think this is something that should be left like this or that we would be OK with you leaving it like this. It is unprofessional. He became very defensive and treated us as if we were asking him to do work for free. In the end he went back and fixed the problems that remained but will never use this service again.
