- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyday I take a little bit of time to research various companies that release the gear the helps me in my trade. During this time I also watch multiple videos to learn new techniques and processes that will allow me to serve my clients better. Lastly I follow various accounts on Twitter and Instagram to generate ideas that I can use for my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a young child I fell in love with music and technology and I knew I wanted to have a job that allowed me to work around the two all the time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
What I would suggest to a client looking to hire a professional in my field of work is to make sure that the professional you are looking to hire is willing to work closely with you. Everything that I do is about helping the customer to achieve their goals and I can not even begin to understand my clients goals if I am not willing to work closely with them.
