Great repairman. They responded online quickly luv it, gave me a call, asked how soon I needed service and sent the repairman asap .he went in did the diagnosis with pics.walked me thru my problem gave me estimated pricing, ask if we were ready to do job,he did the job, sent any future concerns,garranteed work and was out .the problem fixed! My lg refrigerator. Was back freezing and cooling .error code E FF .very professional and would highly recommend. reasonable pricing

Started 10yrs ago with an appliance rental company. And then got into appliance repair work
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you have an LG refrigerator and you know or think it's a compressor issue or seal system issue as they call it. LG will cover labor and parts. Call LG first and they will help over the phone if its a compressor issue
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
If appliance is less than a year old customer should contact manufacturer before contacting a technician in Thumbtack. Appliances have a one year manufacturer warranty when purchased new. Manufacturer will service free of charge
