Steve did a great job. He came out, found the problem immediately. He tried to fix it without getting a new part, but ended up getting the new part. Came out the next day, and had it fixed in a very short time. He was so pleasant to work with. I will keep him on speed dial for any future appliance repairs.

Responded immediately to a request to repair my washing machine. They showed up quickly and on time. They were able to finish the repair quickly and the washing machine is working perfectly now with no leaks. I will absolutely use them again if I have an appliance repair need.

Stephen was so wonderful! I had an error with my dishwasher and I had no idea how to fix it. He called me within literal seconds of submitting the request to Thumbtack, and he was at my home 18 hours later. Luckily, my issue was a small/easy fix, but definitely something I could not have done myself. Stephen showed me how I can fix it if it arises next time which I really appreciated. He was in and out in less than half an hour, and was very polite and approachable. You never hope to have appliance issues, but if I do in the future, I will definitely be asking Stephen to come back!
