Top 2 Bottom is one of those businesses you remember from the 90s and early 2000s. They don't nickle and dime you by the inch or foot. they give you a highly competitive price that beats everyone else, even those cleaners with perfect 5 star reviews. my carpets look day 1 new and my price was so good I was able to tip the workers. the owner is highly responsive and the team is very friendly and loves animals. they are also very efficient and have clearly perfected their process.

I had a stain I could not get out in my mattress. One of my kids spilled chocolate milk. I tried cleaning my mattress myself and YouTubed ways to clean and the stain just wasn’t coming out! I looked up in safari for the best reviews and it brought up Thumbtack and Top 2 Bottom was first on the list. LeRoy got us in ASAP and said he would message us 30 minutes before he gets here. He did just that! His timing was perfect and communication was great! LeRoy came out in the morning and in less than an hour got the mattress cleaned (top/bottom/&Sides.
