I had an outstanding experience working with Norman on the repair of my iMac. After encountering a kernel panic error on a machine that’s nearly nine years old, I was convinced it had reached the end of its life.
Norman was the first professional to respond to my Thumbtack request, promptly scheduled an appointment for the very next day, and arrived exactly as planned. He not only successfully salvaged all of the data from the failing hard drive, but also replaced the drive and reinstalled the operating system, restoring the computer to full functionality.

Pro attempted several ways to repair my computer printer: unfortunately due to the age of the printer and factory parts failure, it was advised that it would be more cost efficient to purchase a new printer than to invest in purchasing and installing the failed factory parts.
