Norman did a great job replacing the battery on my MacBook Pro. He communicated with me to ensure that I bought the right battery. When the battery arrived, we scheduled a time for him to do the work. He arrived as scheduled, completed the job, and even cleaned the dirty fans on the laptop. I will use him again if I need a computer repair. Thanks!
