Norman, was excellent! I was glad that an actual "person" called me instead of an auto-generated response, or someone reading a script. I spoke with him around 11:30 am and he was at my house by 1:30! He was professional, knowledgeable and considerate of budget. He was also informative, since there were many things I did not know about my printer that would improve the overall performance of my printer. I am glad to now have someone I can trust and count on for any future printer or computer issues.
