Malachi was the person that came to my mom's house to help her with her hot water heater. He was very kind and incredibly attentive. I was not able to be present for the 2 days, but he sent me pictures and video of the issue. And he sent me the final photo after installation. This made it very easy for me to be kept in the loop. My mom was very pleased with his professionlism, timeliness, and kindness. I would surely use this service again

Replaced water heater during busy time after area hard freeze. Was able to inspect next day and arrived ontime. Explained expected cause and ways to prevent in the future. Did miss afternoon install because of additional helper not available but arrived first thing the next day and got it done.

We had an issue in a bathroom shower that was difficult to deduce the cause but Z Plumberz provided two different plumbers to help nail down the issue and fix our shower. I was really impressed by the skill of the plumber who ultimately did our repair and the professionalism of the company in general. Should we need plumbing assistance again in the future we will no doubt call them again!
