I had an outstanding plumber and repair. Gerethe put covers on his shoes before he walked into my houseHe was very professional. Gerethe explained everything and . Told me the price for the initial problem. The water in the shower was coming half out of shower and half out of faucet. He then saw other problems and explained and was able to show me part of it! He gave me three scenarios. The most expensive which he hoped he wouldn’t need to do, another where he thought a certain pipe might fix the problem. The space between my toilet and the vent by the bathtub was very small. He said he would come back with another worker who was small and slender and could probably fit between the toilet and the vent to get to the problem. He explained if the space was too small he would have to remove the toilet to get to the site, and the costs involved, for each scenario He came back the following week with a small slight worker and the parts he hoped would work. It did and they were finished in maybe a half hour. Gerethe took pride in his work and was happy he was able to save me a lot of money. Needless to say I would highly recommend this company. It is not easy to find such a knowledgeable plumber who takes pride in his work and being honest!

We had an issue in a bathroom shower that was difficult to deduce the cause but Z Plumberz provided two different plumbers to help nail down the issue and fix our shower. I was really impressed by the skill of the plumber who ultimately did our repair and the professionalism of the company in general. Should we need plumbing assistance again in the future we will no doubt call them again!

Brandon, the owner, called me after I expressed my disappointment with their services. He promised to make it right and sent out another, more experienced crew that correctly diagnosed the issue, made temporary repairs that stopped the dripping the prior crew had not fixed, and ordered a part necessary to permanently repair the problem that will be installed as soon as received. Kudos for making it right.
