Victor and his help did an amazing job. I remodeled my home. I had ripped up floors, left over scraps, and a bunch of junk to get rid of. These guys came over, gave a quote cheaper than what contractors rent dumpsters for and cleaned up a large area of my garage in just over an hour. They even swept when they were done. If you got junk to get rid of call Victor.
Very full and prompt communication, which is always reassuring. And, he was equipped to handle the different tasks I needed done at a rental property. The price was reasonable too. I'll be contacting the Myers brothers again, next time I need work done on the rental or at my own home.
Carl built my raised beds for my garden. I didn't have the wood needed on hand. He came with me to the lumber store, selected all the items needed and brought them to my home via rental truck. The work exceeded my expectations.

We called Junk n Such to help with a rental clean out. The previous tenants seemed like they left everything behind. We called Junk n Such and came the same day within an hour to view and give a quote. Keith was very professional, courteous, and better than anything, finished the job quickly. Turner was easy to chat with, and we were able to work out a fair deal for both parties. Jeremy was there on time with the roll-off dumpster, and we got it parked in the driveway. I'm currently loading trash into it, but so far it's working out perfectly!
I used Ever's services for a medium sized remodeling job (about $10,000). He did a very good and professional work. It was a rental house so I wanted the work to be done quickly. He completed the work on time to my satisfaction. After the work was done he cleaned the stuff pretty nicely. Very responsive, fast and easy to work with. It was a no haggling experience which I liked.
Let me start by saying, Day and Night Movers is the epitome of an Amazing All American company! The movers who work for this company are honest, hard working men with great work ethics and an insane duty for excellence... I had somewhat of a 2-part move. I had to move my furniture into a storage unit for a month until my new apartment was ready. So, I previously made the ill-fated mistake a lot of us make by hiring the first, cheapest moving company I could find (I won't name names.) But lets just say I was greeted at my door by 2 thugs, over an hour late, and grossly overcharged by the end of the day... For the second part of my move out of storage into my apartment, I wasn't taking any more chances on thugs handling my items and knowing where I lived so I asked around and did my research. From word of mouth from my physician I was referred to Day and Night Movers. Doctors know best and Day and Night Movers exceeded my expectations and that is why they've "earned" their 5 Stars in my book!!! 1 Star - For 'Timeliness': They agreed to meet me at 2pm at my storage unit. When I arrived at 2 on the dot they were already there, eager and ready to work. 2 Stars - For 'Professionalism': I am a woman and was by myself with the movers but they treated me with the upmost respect, courtesy, and patience. Justin walked me through all the steps of the paperwork in under 5 minutes while Brad prepped the truck for the move. It was as if they had a plan and no one sat around twirling their thumbs on my dime. When the moving started they didn't drag their feet either. These guys hustled!!! Justin is built like an Ox and Brad has a unique eye for the details and placement of furniture. That takes me to my 3rd star... 3 Stars - For 'Attention to Details': This was very important for me being that I own several valuable pieces of antique furniture, custom designed furnishings, and art. They provided extra wraps and blankets to protect those items and gently SAT them in the truck... Not SCOOTED them into place. This is big because scooting the legs of furniture weakens the frame. In addition, they secured them to the wall so they weren't bouncing all around the truck during the transit. (I can't thank them enough for this step!) 4 Stars - For 'Going Above and Beyond': When they arrived at my downtown apartment, they asked me where I wanted each box / item placed. They didn't just dump all my furniture and boxes in my living room like previous movers had. They put my couch, bed, dressers, t.v.'s, tables, (EVERYTHING) into the position I wanted them. Again, paying close attention to not scoot them across the hardwood floors. After everything, they cleaned up after themselves. They didn't leave a trail of wrap and tape scattered around. 5 Stars- For 'Price': Their cost is extremely fair for the quality of service they provided. They got my move completed in a timely manner from beginning to end, no slacking! Overall, I couldn't imagine a better company to praise for their services. These movers are good men willing to work hard but work even harder to service us individually. If the manager / owner is reading this... I would be very happy to be a reference for your company. Bryan and Bobby are nice guys. They arrived on time on a Sat morning. In 30 min they had their pickup loaded with debris from my updating a rental property. I have them scheduled again next week!
Thomas was very knowledgeable on doing the maintenance work at my property. He came in and did dry wall work, paint, electrical work and made sure that my house was ready for rent. I would recommend Dan Handy to any property management or home owner that has rental and is needing a reliable company to get the property make ready for rent.
Tony replaced the roof on my rental property last year, after a damaging spring storm. He discussed the project with me in detail and made sure he covered all my options. Tony was even willing to discuss the extent of damage with my insurance adjuster, of which the adjuster was very receiving. In addition, Tony made sure to work with not only my schedule, but with my renters' schedule, as well. I'm grateful for the hard work Tony and his crew put in to make sure I was happy with the new roof. Tony not only repairs and replaces roofing, but he has the resources to complete just about any home improvement job one would need to practically rebuild a house from the ground up. His crews and other associates have worked on several home projects for my rental which include external wood work, trim replacement, exterior painting, drainage, and gutter additions that have brought life back to a dilapidated home. I have already called him to assist me in a new project, and I will definitely use Tony for any future home improvements.

Needed a new 22" wide closet door custom cut and fit in a rental property. I live in CA and my property is in TX. Made telephone contact with Charles at 8am PDT, by 2pm the job was finished! I needed a rental property cleaned out due to last tenets. They had left a large amount of furniture, clothes, etc. It was a huge mess! They came and cleaned out the entire house and hauled off tree branches and dying shrubs as well. I was very pleased. They showed up on time and we're very efficient. I was so pleased with Bryan and his crew, that I hired them again to help with demo, and removal of tile, drywall, cabnets and counters.
