My spring broke so was looking for domeone to gix it. Mike Responded in timely manner to questions I asked. Was very professional. Gave a call the morning of appointment to confirm that he was on his way. Once he got to the house took him not very long to take off old spring and install a two spring system. Said springs have a two year warranty on them also takes about basic upkeep to do on the door. And to call him if I have any questions about anything else to do with doors or openers.
