Advanced lock smith was amazing! Not only did they respond quickly to my request for assistance, they did everything possible to contact me via an alternate way since my phone was having problems receiving a call. The tech was amazing. He knew exactly what I needed done and was able to get it done quickly and flawlessly. The tech arrived 30 minutes after my initial contact with the company which is phenomenal. He was very professional, personable and courteous. I was told upfront what it would cost and I was extremely pleased with the price. There were no additional fees. I highly recommend using this company. I will use them in the future if I need a locksmith for any reason.

We had an old worn lock set with a custom set back in a commercial door.They set us up with a nice handled lock set. Due to the custom nature of our current setup it took a separate latch mechanism, which of course required a bit of grinding to make it compatible with the setback extension.And of course required a different lock cylinder so we did not need to rekey the other doors.Then there was the issue with binding once the lockset was installed. They were good enough to send out a tech who worked on it for about an hour but finally did get us set up.They went the extra mile to help us get our door lock working again. Thanks

2002 Mercedes c230 all keys lost. All other other locksmith in the city couldnt do it. Advanced locksmith is the only company to come out and do it and give us a fair price. And got the job done efficiently.

You all I just want to start with this. When I called this guys out of the entire city that I dialed in the directory. These guys were the most responsive, most courtesy, and the most knowledgeable company on the planet. Seriously. I was not taken advantage of because I am a woman. I was not harrased into non sense. Gabe came out to my home and he provided the most prompt,proficient and professional service that I have never received in life honestly. He was so helpful. I needed a key programmed for my 2004 lincoln and the gentleman helped me through everything. He was so polite and told me exactly what was going on without any lies or run around. You all. I will tell you if you want fast easy and reliable service then call this company. I personally want to thank Gabe once again for your awesome support and help that you gave me and my family. My kids even thought you were amazing. To love your job and to love people is rare. I am truly grateful that I did not give up calling around. I thank you all for having the customer first mentality. I had a spare key made for my Mercedes S65 by this company and I have to say that I was very impressed with their overall professionalism and personable attitude. Every single person I came in contact with was very courteous and very informative. They handled my transaction in a timely manner and the results were amazing.
