- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While it says complicated pricing system, we take most individual jobs on a case by case basis. We simplify each one as much as possible, though some services are a little more detailed. We have set pricing on all of our billed rates; however some jobs require expenses which we always quote and request permission prior to creating the expense. We would not want our clients to pay for things they didn't want, didn't believe they needed, or that was outside of their budget. Do we have complicated pricing, no, open pricing discussions, always.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employee's, including our management and ownership complete the required state mandated courses. We also are required to complete Law Enforcement continuing education courses. Many of our staff also hold current certifications in fields of instruction and must update each cycle. While these are all requirements, we do have our staff take courses each month on different job aspects, and we send our staff to specialized schools for further education to ensure we provide the best services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We believe by entering the Private Sector we can improve the communities by being more proactive than we could have in the public sector in a reactive manner. We are able to perform many more tasks for our clients, ones that they would not be able to receive in any other manner. With our skills and backgrounds we are able to perform these tasks at again a benefit to the community.
