Mediation For Change

Introduction: I am an independent mediator with a master's degree in professional and organizational communication with an emphasis in alternative dispute resolution. I have completed the 48-hour family and divorce mediation through El Centro College. I am also a part-time communications lecturer at UTD and adjunct professor at Richland College. I will work with divorce disputes, conflict between individuals, higher education, and workplace conflict. I am involved with mediation because I was forced into the court system during my divorce, and I believe that there is a better way to solve disputes, and mediated communication is the key.
