- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each stamp is $6. That includes one signature. Each additional signature for that stamp is $1 each. There is a travel fee that is charged for any appointments more than 20 miles away. After the first fee 20 miles, each additional mile is $1 per mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will call prior to the appointment to be sure nothing has come up that may cause the appointment to be cancelled. As long as I have not started on my way, no cancellation fee will be charged. If you must reschedule, the administrative fee is retained and used towards the rescheduled appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
